Duties

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments,



demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus but not required
- A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
