Saiba Flaming Kitchen is looking for a dependable, positive, and hardworking Restaurant Team Member to join our team.

At Saiba, we do things a little differently. We don’t divide our staff into rigid front-of-house and back-of-house positions. Our team members are cross-trained and work together throughout the restaurant — helping with customers, preparing food and drinks, packing orders, kitchen duties, cleaning, and stepping in wherever the team needs support.

We’re currently looking primarily for someone available for evening and weekend shifts. We prefer employees who can maintain a consistent schedule, with opportunities for additional hours based on availability, performance, and business needs.

What You’ll Do

- Take customer orders and provide friendly service at the front counter
- Prepare and pack dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders
- Prepare bubble tea and other beverages
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties
- Learn different areas of our kitchen and restaurant operations
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Work together with the rest of the team and help wherever support is needed
- Learn to work independently after training

- Previous restaurant or food-service experience
- Kitchen or food-preparation experience
- Customer-service or cashier experience
- Food-safety certification
- Experience with POS systems or delivery platforms
- Beverage or bubble tea preparation experience
- Experience working as part of a small team
