We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and results-driven Area Manager to join our team. This is an existing position within our retail operations and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys working with people, has a solid passion for retail operations and customer service, and is looking to build a rewarding career in a dynamic and growing organization.
The Area
Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, supporting store teams and managers, and improving operational performance, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service across the assigned area.
About the Role The Area Manager will oversee multiple Hakim Optical locations, work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, improve operations, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. This role will focus on team leadership, coaching, performance management, and operational excellence across the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the daily operations of multiple locations.
- Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams.
- Drive sales, customer service, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular store visits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure company policies and standards are consistently followed.
- Support recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Address operational and customer concerns effectively.
- Report on store performance and work with senior management on improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to travel between assigned locations.
- Valid driver's license.
