- Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required
- Maintain product and service knowledge
- Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories
- Maintain store conditions to established standards
- Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively
- Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity
- Calm irate customers and resolve issues
- Take customer orders and prepare products for purchase
- Ensure customer satisfaction with issue resolution and the resolution process
- Assist with merchandise displays and inventory management
- Ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Participate in store maintenance and housekeeping
- Work with management and employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
- Answer and transfer internal and external phone calls
- Adhere to health, safety, security, and company policies
- Work any shift according to store operations
- ID customers as required by the Cannabis Retail Store Handbook
Requirements
- Must have valid SellSafe Certification
- Post Secondary degree / diploma preferred
- A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
- Ability to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work nights,
holidays and weekends and different locations
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to compute basic mathematical problems

- Desire to educate customers and the community about cannabis benefits without giving medical advice
