The Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK is hiring a Refinery Operations Supervisor (Process Supervisor) on a permanent, in office basis. You will lead a team of Process Operators, set transparent objectives, coach for performance, and champion a solid safety culture to ensure reliable plant operations.
This role oversees boiler house and process operations, manages start-ups/shutdowns, staffing coverage, and continuous improvement across the refinery, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
