This position is focused on the operational leadership of Senior Active Living Centres, emphasizing the development of programs that cater to the needs of seniors.

You will collaborate closely with volunteers and various departments to ensure the success of activities and overall member engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations of Active Living Centres
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs
Prepare seasonal guides and manage member outreach
Supervise volunteers and assess their performance
Maintain accurate records and ensure financial oversight Requirements:
Diploma in Health and Wellness, Gerontology, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care
Proficient in MS Office and database systems
Excellent communication skills
