We are seeking a talented and experienced Sauté Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, exceptional cooking skills, and a robust background in restaurant management and food safety. Candidates with previous restaurant experience, leadership qualities, and a commitment to food industry standards are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties
Prepare and cook sauté dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring productive workflow and high-quality food production
Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients




Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times

Skills
Strong food preparation and cooking skills, particularly in sauté techniques
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Experience in food service operations and hospitality industry standards
Effective team management and leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and serving guests
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with familiarity with the food industry trends

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
