Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will conduct detailed assessments and implement effective resident care strategies in a long-term care workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough assessments of residents' needs
Create and execute individualized care plans
Evaluate care effectiveness and modify approaches as needed
Work closely with nursing and healthcare staff to ensure best practices
Adhere to the ethical standards of care delivery Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related degree
Registered/eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
Hold a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
Adaptable schedule availability, including weekends Deliver compassionate care and enhance quality living for residents in your community.
