Contribute as a Senior Accountant with MNP’s Indigenous External Financial Advisory Services team. This role supports Indigenous communities throughout Canada through tailored financial solutions. You will engage directly with clients to assess their accounting needs, develop growth strategies, and provide essential training in financial management.

This includes direct support for audit preparations and compliance activities like T4 and payroll management. Become a trusted advisor in a team that values cultural understanding and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Assess Indigenous clients' accounting systems for efficiency
Implement tailored capacity-building initiatives for financial growth




Support client financing activities and system implementations
Train clients in accounting functions and audit preparations
Prepare financial policies and recommend amendments Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Preferably CPA, CAFM, or equivalent designation
Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant accounting roles
Robust finance knowledge and relationship skills
