You will lead team projects, integrating your expertise with cloud methodologies as you support clients in optimizing their systems. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions
Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules
Assist with functional specifications and testing processes
Provide application support and user training
Lead client workshops and create documentation Requirements:
Proven SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience
Knowledge of integration points between modules
Robust skills in Microsoft Excel and Project
At least 4 full cycle implementations
