Background
We have a client in Laval who is looking for a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance consultant for a 6 month contract. The ideal person will have at least 10 years of SAP experience in Plant Maintenance and experience writing test scripts. This will be a plant-facing, training-heavy role and requires someone fluent in both French and English.
The consultant will support deploying SAP to recent facilities and work closely with end users in plant settings. This includes hands-on, in-person support, participation in Design, Scenario Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing, and delivering comprehensive training in French and English to Maintenance Managers, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
Qualifications:
10 years’ experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and related business processes preferred including multiple end-to-end plant rollout implementations.
• Bilingual (French and English) – mandatory. Proven experience supporting SAP Plant Maintenance and delivering end-user training in French-language plant environments
Solid experience in plant-facing roles, working directly with Maintenance Managers, supervisors, and maintenance personnel
Demonstrated ability to design, write, and execute detailed test scripts for SIT and UAT
Proven experience delivering hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training, with excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
MUST be based in the Montreal area as onsite training will be required at various plants in the region.
