Your expertise in drafting agreements and navigating compliance will support product development and procurement processes. Provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs




Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to completion
Identify operational legal risks and propose strategies
Support compliance efforts across various business unitsRequirements:
1 to 5 years of relevant legal experience
Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in health sectors
