Representative position requires a robust foundation in real estate sales, particularly in multi-family pre-sales. Working under the Sales Manager, your responsibilities include contract processing, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring a compliant and smooth sales process. Building relationships with clients and realtors will be essential as you support the growing demand for homes in Surrey and Langley. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing contracts
Engage with internal Marketing and Homeowner Care teams




Maintain accurate records of customer care issues
Ensure all sales agreements are legally compliant
Create and manage client walkthrough schedules Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
Experience with CRM platforms including Blackline
Robust organizational and market awareness skills
Established connections with local realtors
