Chartwell Retirement Residences seeks a Security Architect to spearhead their enterprise security strategies. This senior role integrates hands-on architecture with high-level strategic leadership. In this position, you will collaborate across teams to define and drive the enterprise security architecture in line with the organization’s multi-year roadmap.
Focused on deploying a Zero Trust Architecture, you’ll bring your extensive experience in identity management, network security, and cloud strategies to the table, ensuring secure and scalable designs. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the evolution of security architecture and standards
Own designs for identity and access management strategies
Develop network security architecture and segmentation models
Optimize security for Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
Conduct security design reviews for projects
Requirements:
10+ years of experience, with 5+ as a security architect
In-depth knowledge of Azure and identity management systems
Solid grounding in up-to-date security architecture practices
Proven ability to secure large-scale Microsoft settings
Excellent stakeholder communication and influence skills
