You'll engage deeply in care assessment, planning, and evaluation while supporting continuous professional development and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify patient and family needs thoroughly
- Plan and reassess care strategies based on evolving needs
- Implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions
- Foster a culture of quality improvement in nursing practice
- Work closely with RNs to ensure comprehensive care delivery Requirements:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current certification in CPR from the Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Preferred diploma in RPN with acute care experience
- Completion of Sunnybrook Advanced Assessment Course within 2 years
