Must Have:

- Experience leading complex organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

- Knowledge and application of industry-standard change management frameworks and methodologies.

- Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change planning.

- Demonstrated success driving organizational adoption and culture change.

- Experience establishing change governance and performance measurement frameworks.

- Experience designing and executing large-scale communications and engagement strategies.

- Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, key messages, and engagement materials.

- Experience working within public sector environments, including governance, approvals, accountability requirements, and labour relations consideration
