Your leadership will foster a culture of safety among over 550 employees, guiding a team of Safety Coordinators to implement effective initiatives. You'll also collaborate with various departments to manage worker’s compensation and drive continuous safety enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Uline's safety policies and procedures in Toronto
- Collaborate to meet safety program goals
- Review incident reports and perform safety audits
- Lead Safety Coordinators in implementing initiatives
- Work with HR on compensation claims Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in warehouse safety management
- Necessary First Aid and Material Handling certifications
- Preferred provincial OHS experience
- EHS and worker’s compensation experience beneficial Lead safety initiatives that protect Uline's workforce and enhance our safety programs.
