In this role as a Registered Veterinary Technician, you'll assist with diagnostic procedures, administer treatments, and ensure explicit communication with clients. Attention to detail is essential, along with a focus on maintaining accurate medical records and managing supplies effectively to support clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct exams and assist with diagnostic tests
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments
• Perform blood work and other lab analyses
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical operations
• Provide client education on health and treatment
Requirements:
• RNVT certification in Nova Scotia required
• Experience is a plus; willingness to learn valued
• Solid communication with clients and team members
• Prioritization and organizational skills needed
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset essential
