Wave Communication is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Rogers Sales Associate to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to succeed in a sales environment. Previous wireless or retail sales experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Rogers plans, phones, and services.
Sell and activate Rogers wireless plans and devices.
Assist customers with upgrades, current activations, plan changes, and other wireless services.
Explain plans, pricing, promotions, features, and terms clearly.
Meet individual and store sales targets.
Promote phones, accessories, and other products available in the store.
Assist customers with basic device setup and troubleshooting.
Process sales and transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store setting.
Keep up to date with Rogers promotions, products, and services.
Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and other day-to-day store responsibilities.
Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and customer-service goals.





Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
College diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset.
Previous retail, sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Solid sales and customer-service skills.
Basic computer and technology knowledge.
Ability to learn new products and systems quickly.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Available to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
