Administer Canadian and US pension plans for staff
Oversee relationships with retirement service partners
Create engaging retirement education for employees
Reconcile invoices and remittances thoroughly
Support Employee and Labor Relations teams on various issues Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or HR Management
Minimum of 2 years related experience in retirement
Excellent bilingual communication skills
Understanding of Canadian retirement legislation, especially Quebec laws
