Develop and implement personalized exercise programs
Work with therapists to meet residents’ health goals
Lead and supervise Kinesiology student placements
Provide training on protected body mechanics and transfers
Conduct required transfer assessments for residents Requirements:
Degree in Kinesiology with a psychomotor behavior focus
Experience in senior care or with cognitive disabilities
Preferred registration with the College of Kinesiologists
Understanding of related policies and best practices
