If you have 1 year of relevant experience and a valid Ontario Security License, your skills are in demand. Your focus will be on preventing incidents while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a secure workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Observe and report on customer interactions and potential issues
Engage in effective crowd management and conflict resolution
Document daily activities and security incidents accurately
Conduct authorized interventions as needed
Use two-way radios for effective communication Requirements:
At least 1 year of security experience in retail
Valid Security License and First Aid training
Proficient in writing skilled reports
Ability to stand and patrol for extensive periods
Knowledge of applicable laws including TPA Join Securiguard to make a significant impact on community safety with your expertise.
