Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Previous hotel or custodial experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to develop their skills in hospitality and cleaning services.

Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed
Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hygienic environment




Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required

Skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to handle industrial cleaning tasks if necessary
Flexibility to adapt to different shifts or schedules as needed
