Manage complex projects from planning through to closeout
Ensure contractor compliance and performance during construction
Inspect daily activities for quality assurance




Coordinate contract tenders and property acquisitions
Maintain effective liaison with municipal partners and third partiesRequirements:
Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in large scale transit or railway infrastructure projects
Knowledge of contract law and construction standards
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
