Roofing Crew Foreman Responsibilities
Previous roofing experience required
Ability to lead and motivate a crew
Robust attention to quality and detail
Experience managing roofing projects and crews is an asset
Valid drivers license required

Roofing Labourer Responsibilities
Previous experience is an asset
Must be physically capable and comfortable working at heights
Use hand tools and power tools to install, repair,



and replace roofing materials efficiently and safely
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, and insulation to support roofing tasks
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights safely
Handyman experience or carpentry skills are highly desirable for versatile project support
Valid safety training certifications (e.g. Fall Protection) are preferred

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
