We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping management overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and leading a team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Duties
Closing the store and or Opening the store based on store needs.
Social media posting
Direct and motivate a team of retail staff
Help Management Train, develop, and coach employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a secure and organized workplace
Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions
