Key Responsibilities:
• Train and oversee Asphalt Lab Technicians
• Develop and implement QMS and SOPs
• Review test results against specifications
• Initiate plant adjustments for quality assurance
• Manage customer relations regarding product issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in quality control roles
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in the road construction sector
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license
• Required CCIL certification
