As part of the Personal and Business Banking team, you'll work at our fast-paced Banking Centre. Engage clients by utilizing technology and financial expertise to help them achieve their goals. This full time role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to ensure great customer experiences across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients to understand their priorities and recommend solutions • Build relationships through outreach and networking in the community • Leverage technology to enhance client banking experience • Advise clients on financial planning and product offerings • Provide exceptional service while meeting sales targets
Requirements: • 1 year of client service experience with sales success • Current Mutual Funds License or equivalent accreditation • Strong knowledge of financial products and digital tools • Ability to work flexibly in multiple banking centres • Passion for client relationships and goal achievement
