Your leadership will be essential in maintaining compliance with guidelines and fostering a nurturing workplace. Engage positively with families, children, and staff while executing program requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily enrichment activities for children
Maintain safety protocols and manage emergency responses
Supervise and support staff during all program operations
Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Keep accurate records of program operations Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Solid leadership and teamwork skills required
Background check and health screenings necessary prior to start
Certification in CPR and First Aid mandatory
