Overview

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Sale Clerk to join our retail team. This role involves assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for retail sales.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in serving diverse customer bases. This position offers an engaging workplace where you can develop your sales and customer service expertise while contributing to the success of our store.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about merchandise and technology products
Upsell additional items and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards, including product displays and inventory organization




Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
Practice time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales will be considered a plus
Solid organizational skills, communication skills, and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
