We’re Hiring! Part-Time Sales Associate

20+ hours a week. Potential for full-time work during busier seasons:

November- December and May- June

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Part time Sales Associate to join our trophy team.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, office work, and helping with production. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable learning new tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person, by email and by phone
Listen to customer needs and help them choose products and options best for them
Write up customer work orders accurately
Prepare quotes and invoices
Respond to customer emails and inquiries
Receive, check, and sort incoming products
File paperwork and maintain organized records
Dust and maintain a clean,



organized showroom and work area
Help finish and prepare orders
Assist with general shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
Friendly and professional customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and solid grammar skills
Valuable communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using a computer and email
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
