Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Clerk for an immediate, temporary, part-time, onsite position in Winnipeg.
This chance is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare workplace and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. At least 1 year of experience using Accuro is required.
Key Responsibilities
Create and process physician billings accurately and efficiently using Accuro
Reconcile incoming payments and investigate any discrepancies
Organize and maintain supporting documentation for billing and payment records
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding billing questions, discrepancies, and updates
Qualifications
2+ years of billing experience in a healthcare setting
1+ year of experience using Accuro
Excellent attention to detail and a solid focus on accuracy
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A criminal background check is required
