As a Facility Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our clubs. This position involves performing necessary repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will also coordinate with outside contractors to ensure high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Safely maintain all building systems in a timely manner • Provide delivery of building inspections and routine maintenance • Troubleshoot facility operating issues and prepare action plans • Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance work • Ensure health and safety adherence across all service areas

Requirements: • Community College Certificate or relevant trades credentials • At least three years in facility maintenance experience • Knowledge of various building systems, especially HVAC • Solid troubleshooting and communication abilities • CPO certification is a plus
