The successful Retail Sales Associate is a people person, with a natural ability to develop relationships and deliver skilled, high quality customer service on every customer interaction. You must be positive and outgoing, forward thinking, and be a dedicated team player. You must have self-confidence, be goal orientated and possess a willingness to learn.
