Provide hands-on coaching and training for staff
Monitor and enhance safety program effectiveness
Host Health & Safety Committee meetings monthly
Conduct comprehensive investigations for incidents
Manage WorkSafeBC claims and return to work programs Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in an OHS role
Canadian Registered Safety Skilled (CRSP) certified
Solid planning and analytical skills
Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint
