We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and restaurant management practices.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.

Skills




Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Experience in the food industry, including food preparation and bartending.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Knowledge of restaurant management practices is preferred.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to help others succeed.
