Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to meet safety standards
Manage cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy
Conduct interviews and assist with hiring to build a strong, efficient team
Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
Oversee restaurant cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards
Train team members on food industry best practices, serving techniques, and safety protocols
Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or food service setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-focused mindset
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles preferred
Ability to interview candidates effectively and build cohesive teams
Previous experience in hotel or barista environments is a plus but not required
