This role combines retail management with a focus on exemplary customer service and effective team supervision. Engage your enthusiasm for sales as you assist in daily operations, training, and monitoring store performance. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily management of the Lindt store
Enhance staff performance through training and support
Maintain high customer service and merchandising standards
Order supplies and manage inventory for the store
Reconcile daily cash with sales documentation Requirements:
Post-secondary education and retail experience required
At least 5 years in retail, with supervisory duties
Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising
Robust communication and customer service orientation
