You will work collaboratively in a unionized setting, engaging directly with residents to monitor their progress and advocate for their needs. Your hands-on approach will help create a nurturing atmosphere conducive to personal growth. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews to formulate personalized care plans
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to adapt treatment plans
Oversee daily support activities and meal preparation
Document all case notes and maintain client records
Provide emotional support and life skills training Requirements:
Social work or community social services diploma (an asset)
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Solid interpersonal and crisis intervention skills
BC Class 5 driver’s license required
