Contribute to player and staff safety with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as a Risk and Security Specialist. This critical role focuses on assessing risks, operational security, and incident response. As a Risk and Security Specialist at MLSE, you will support the safety and security of players and team assets, reporting to the Director of Security.

Your role includes risk assessments, threat monitoring, investigations, and implementing cybersecurity measures. This position requires collaboration across various teams and venues to ensure optimal safety operations for events and daily activities. Key Responsibilities:
Support security operations during games and events
Conduct risk assessments for travel and facilities




Monitor for physical and cyber security threats
Assist with investigations and documentation
Maintain incident reports, case files, and risk registers Requirements:
3 years in corporate security or investigations
Education in security management or related fields
Experience in threat assessment and incident management
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
Robust analytical and communication skills Support player safety, incident response, and risk prevention with your expertise in security operations.
