Key Responsabilities
- Active Sales Engagement: Proactively approach customers and guide them through our structured sales process, moving beyond passive service to results-driven interaction.
- Consultative Service: Master the "Art of the Sale" by providing expert advice on fitting, fabrics, and building a complete look.
- Standard-Driven Performance: Follow our proven corporate sales path to ensure every customer receives the signature Intimissimi experience.
- Visual & Operational Excellence: Maintain a flawless boutique environment, executing visual merchandising and restocking according to brand guidelines.
- KPI Ownership: Consistently work towards achieving individual and store targets through active engagement and cross-selling.

- Reliability and flexibility to work a retail schedule (weekends, evenings, holidays).
