Good Neighbour is seeking experienced and quick-learning Sales Associates to join our incredible retail team at both our Leslieville and Midtown locations. Our original Leslieville flagship has been a neighbourhood staple for over 10 years, and we’re excited to continue growing our community with our newest location in Midtown.

We are an independent, family-owned business focused on providing outstanding customer experiences, fostering a healthy and supportive work environment, and building solid community ties. Our Sales Associates are the backbone of our company and play an essential role in the smooth day-to-day running of our stores. An eagerness to learn, help others, and be part of a team is key to succeeding in this position.

Responsibilities

- Providing clientele with outstanding, genuine, and respectful customer service.
- Executing proper selling techniques, suggesting complementary merchandise, assisting with alterations, and above all,



being honest and authentic.
- Ensuring overall store cleanliness and maintenance, including change room duty, housekeeping, and merchandising.
- Cultivating a welcoming and safe setting for customers and fellow team members.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude that reflects the values of Good Neighbour.

Skills and Abilities

- Energetic, friendly, and approachable.
- Strong brand knowledge and awareness, with a genuine love of fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Previous retail experience is not required, but is considered an asset.
