In this leadership role, you will supervise staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective workflow. You will also be responsible for conducting training and analyzing performance metrics to improve productivity. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Hub warehouse operations and staff
Enforce health and safety regulations
Develop and maintain work procedures
Prepare and analyze performance reports
Coordinate shipping schedules for timely deliveries Requirements:
At least 3 years of warehouse management experience
Solid organizational and leadership skills
Knowledgeable in Lean and 6S practices
