Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently to promote environmental sustainability
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working workplace
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution
Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency
Experience
Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene and safety protocols
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
