Lightspeed in Montreal is seeking a Product Adoption Specialist to lead onboarding and adoption sessions for our Golf product, in partnership with Account Managers. You will educate customers on Golf + POS workflows and help them adopt features that align with their operations.
Collaborating with Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Product teams, you will drive retention, resolve challenges, and contribute customer feedback for product enhancements and recent features.
