This full-time support position engages in strategic recruitment efforts aimed at Indigenous learners. You will utilize your knowledge of Indigenous issues and educational pathways to create enrollment-friendly initiatives, while also working closely with community stakeholders. Key responsibilities involve advising prospective students and implementing outreach programming across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment initiatives tailored for Indigenous communities • Develop and deliver presentations for schools and organizations • Act as a point of contact for program inquiries from prospective students • Collaborate with Indigenous community stakeholders on strategies • Conduct individual and group advising sessions
Requirements: • Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent • Minimum 2 years in marketing/public relations or recruitment • Experience serving Indigenous communities • Solid public speaking and outreach skills • Valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
