DescriptionBenefits Analyst (6-Month Contract) CanadaDescriptionThomson Reuters’ People Function is seeking a Temporary Perks Analyst to support the day-to-day administration and operational activities of our Canadian benefits programs. This role provides functional assistance, vendor coordination, and analytical support to ensure a smooth and compliant benefits experience for employees.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily benefits and pension administration, including processing transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and managing routine escalations.Provide administrative support for Canadian leave programs, ensuring accurate tracking, timely processing, vendor coordination, and clear communication with employees and HR partners.Coordinate with benefits vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing, reporting, and issue resolution.Assist with data gathering for audits, compliance activities, plan documentation, and governance requirements.Conduct benefits-related analysis, including utilization trends, benchmarking, and data integrity audits across internal systems and vendor files.Support benefits projects and system updates, including creation of change requests and project coordination activities.Maintain and update employee-facing content on internal benefits channels and respond to incoming inquiries.Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in benefits, HR operations, or a related analytical/administrative role preferred.Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data,
