HR Associates is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a provincial organization for an accomplished executive to join its senior leadership team.Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will provide strategic leadership and oversight across a broad portfolio that includes Corporate Affairs, Communications, Finance, Information Technology, and Policy.This is not a role requiring deep technical expertise across each of these functions. The successful candidate will be an experienced enterprise leader who knows how to provide effective oversight, bring together robust functional leaders, and ensure priorities, advice and decision-making are aligned across the organization.A critical part of the mandate will be navigating a complex public sector and policy environment. The successful candidate will bring strong political acuity, an understanding of how government works, and the ability to provide sound advice on policy, stakeholder and reputational matters.The ideal candidate will bring:Senior leadership experience within government, broader public sector, regulatory or similarly complex environmentStrong knowledge of the public sector, public policy and decision-making processesExperience navigating government stakeholders,
