About the Role Changes in employment, retirement, family circumstances, or unexpected life events can leave people with questions about the benefits and protection available to them. That’s where our representatives come in. You’ll meet with members virtually, learn about their individual circumstances, explain available benefit options, and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Your goal is to make the experience clear, organized, professional, and easy to understand. You’ll also maintain relationships with clients and provide continued assistance when their needs or circumstances change.

Your Responsibilities Connect with members who have requested benefit information Schedule and conduct virtual appointments Learn about each member’s needs and priorities Review and clearly explain available benefit programs Answer questions and provide professional client support Assist with applications, enrollment,



and required documentation Maintain accurate and organized client records Complete follow-ups and provide ongoing assistance Participate in continued training and professional development Develop the skills needed to pursue future leadership opportunities Training & Career Development Previous benefits or insurance experience isn’t required. New representatives receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and continued mentorship designed to help them become confident in the position. You’ll have opportunities to strengthen your communication, client service, organization, and leadership skills as you gain experience.
