Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products through compelling product demos and personalized service
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions
- Assist customers with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain organized inventory levels,
restocking shelves as needed and ensuring proper product placement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly attitude throughout interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly to diverse audiences
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong asset for engaging with a broader customer base
- Experience in merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling enhances your suitability for this role
- Robust communication skills combined with excellent time management and organizational abilities are essential
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash transactions and inventory management
